By downloading or using MDraft you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short.
License
You may install and use MDraft on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes. You may not redistribute the binary as your own, decompile it, or claim authorship.
No warranty
MDraft is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use it for documents you can recover or reproduce; don't rely on any single piece of software as the sole record of irreplaceable work.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Lucidex Group / Cognitive Commerce LLC be liable for any claim, damages or other liability — including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of MDraft.
Updates
We may revise these terms when MDraft's behavior or distribution model changes (e.g., adding a paid tier, integrating a sync service). Material changes will be announced via the release notes on this site.
