User Privacy Choices

Effective 2026‑05‑11. Applies to MDraft for macOS and to mdraft.net.

Some privacy laws — including California's Consumer Privacy Act and Privacy Rights Act, Virginia's Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado's Privacy Act, and similar statutes — give residents the right to control how their personal information is used by a business. This page is the dedicated place to exercise those rights with respect to MDraft.

What we collect about you

Nothing. MDraft does not collect, store, transmit, or otherwise process any personal information from you. Documents you author, edits you make, settings you configure, and any documents you capture into the local Library remain on your Mac. We do not operate any server that receives data from the app. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Your specific rights, and how to exercise them

Right to know / right to access

You may request a copy of the personal information a business has collected about you. We have none. If you write to us anyway, we will respond confirming that.

Right to delete

You may request that a business delete the personal information it has collected about you. We have none. If you write to us anyway, we will respond confirming that.

Right to correct

You may request that a business correct inaccurate personal information it has about you. We have none.

Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell or share personal information for any purpose — including for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or any third‑party data sharing. Because we have no such data to begin with, there is nothing to opt out of. For the same reason, MDraft has no in‑app preference panel for opting out of sale or sharing; the option simply does not exist for us.

Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information

We do not collect any sensitive personal information.

Right to non‑discrimination

Exercising any of the rights above will not result in a change to the service we provide you, the price you pay, or the quality of MDraft. MDraft costs the same for everyone.

How to submit a request

Email mdraft_support@lucidexgroup.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and a brief description of what you would like to know or have done. We will respond within 45 days, the timeframe required by the strictest applicable law. There is no fee for these requests.

Authorized agents

If you are submitting a request on someone else's behalf, please include written authorization signed by the person on whose behalf you're acting, along with the contact email we should use for the response.

Changes to this page

If MDraft's data practices ever change in a way that affects these choices, this page will be updated and dated, and the change will be summarized at the top of the Privacy Policy.
